Learn how to manage stress

The Student Health Office (Service de santé étudiante – SSE) offers workshops and sessions to help you better manage stress, relax and improve your wellbeing. To take part, sign up for each session in advance.

Stress management sessions

These free one-to-one sessions are led by a nurse and provide simple, practical tools to help you manage stress, including breathing techniques to help you calm down. The nurse will guide you step by step as you try the techniques. Each session lasts one hour and takes place:

  • On the Esplanade campus on Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings at the Student Health Office at 6 rue de Palerme
  • On the Illkirch campus, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16:30 at 72 route du Rhin

Hypnosis sessions

Hypnosis is a gentle technique for deep relaxation. It helps reduce anxiety and can improve sleep quality.

You can take part in one or more individual sessions lasting around one hour, held on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings on the Esplanade campus. These sessions can help you work on specific concerns such as low self-confidence, anxiety or sleep difficulties. No equipment is needed.
