  • Contact the Disability Support Department (Mission handicap) as early as possible to request disability support
  • Contact the Crous social services department (service social du Crous) between April and June to complete your student social file (dossier social étudiant)

Need support? Disability representatives are here to help

The University of Strasbourg has a network of 100 disability representatives in its faculties, schools, institutes and services. Their role includes:

  • Providing information to students with disabilities
  • Acting as a link with the Disability Support Department (Mission handicap)
  • Helping manage day-to-day issues related to disability support
  • Ensuring that approved adjustments and accommodations are properly implemented
  • Raising awareness among colleagues

Working or planning to work at the University of Strasbourg?

The Disability and Employment Network (Réseau handicap et travail) at the University of Strasbourg provides individual support for staff with disabilities. It brings together dedicated contacts from the Human Resources Office, the University Life Office's Disability Department, the Staff Social Services Office and the Occupational Health Office.
